Why don't I have a physical piece of wall art?
We do not sell physical items and so you will not receive any physical wall art in the mail. Your wall art comes as a digital file that you can download and print yourself - much quicker than waiting for a shipped physical item. When you complete payment for your order, you will receive an email with links to download the four different sizes of each wall art on your computer.
How do I print my wall art?
Print at home or get it printed at your local printing service - this is where your personal preferences really take charge! As a general rule our wall art looks great on white uncoated matte paper or card stock.
Why can't I find my download notification email?
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding hello@islandcloud.co to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
Can I sell my wall art?
All of our wall art is for personal use only. It is not to be shared or used commercially in any way. All Rights Reserved Pogo Wall Art.
Why do the colours in my printed wall art look different to my monitor?
Colours may vary slightly from your computer to your printed wall art due to variations in settings in different monitors, computers and printers. The type of paper or card stock used to print may also produce slight variations in colour.
What quality is my wall art?
All Pogo Wall Art digital files are high resolution 300 dpi. They are ready to print high quality clear prints.
What type of file is my wall art?
All Pogo Wall Art files are in JPEG format.
What size is my wall art?
Each individual Pogo Wall Art comes with 4 files each containing a different size instant digital download art work to fit the most common frame sizes:
- 5x7 inches (12.7x17.8 cm)
- 8x10 inches (20.3x25.4 cm)
- 11x14 inches (27.9x35.6 cm)
- A4: 8.3x11.7 inches (21x29.7 cm)
What do I do if I am having trouble downloading my files?
Ensure that your device can open a JPEG file. You may need to download a program capable of opening a JPEG file if your device cannot open your instant digital download wall art.
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers, toolbars, etc that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again.
Can I return my wall art and get a refund?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations on our instant digital download wall art due to the nature of the product.
What if I have a problem with my order that none of these questions answer?
